What Palm collects

When you create an account, Palm may collect your name, email address, username, authentication identifiers, faith-stage and Bible-translation choices, and app preferences. As you use Palm, we store reading history, saves, Amens, private reflections, achievements, streaks, subscription status, and one-time support purchase records so those features work across your devices.

Private reflections

Your journal entries, prayers, notes, and guided responses are private account content. They are not published to other users. Palm does not sell personal information or use private reflections for advertising.

Service providers

Palm uses carefully selected providers to operate the app: Supabase for authentication and data storage, Apple and Google for optional sign-in, RevenueCat and Apple for purchase status, Expo/EAS for app delivery, and Resend for account email. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own privacy terms.

Payments

Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Palm and RevenueCat receive product, entitlement, transaction, and renewal information, but Palm does not receive your full payment-card number.

Analytics and public counts

Palm records product activity needed for features such as reading progress and aggregate card counts. Public engagement totals reveal only combined counts—not the identities of the people who read, saved, shared, or Amened a card.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. You can request deletion in the app or follow the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion removes or anonymizes account data unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, or law.

Your choices

You can change reading, theme, and communication preferences in Palm. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information.

Children

Palm is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can address it.
