ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete your Palm account and data.

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is inside Palm, where your identity is already verified.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open Palm and select Profile.
  2. Scroll to Account Actions.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the data that will be removed, confirm, and complete any requested re-authentication.

What is deleted

Your profile, private reflections, saves, reading history, preferences, achievements, and account-linked engagement records are deleted or anonymized. Aggregate totals may decrease or retain anonymous event counts that cannot identify you.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting Palm does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel first in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Palm. Apple controls billing and eligible refunds.

Cannot access the app?

Email privacy@palmbibleapp.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion. Requests are normally completed within 30 days, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
